Yes. Misora Designs jewellery is crafted to be water-resistant, anti-tarnish, and hypoallergenic, making it suitable for everyday wear. Our pieces are designed to handle daily exposure while remaining gentle on sensitive skin. That said, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with harsh chemicals to keep your jewellery looking its best for longer.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges can be requested within 7–10 days of receiving your order, with a ₹250 shipping charge applicable.
For returns, we offer a store credit that can be used on a future purchase, within the same 7–10 day window.
Due to their personalised nature, engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is ₹100 for prepaid orders and ₹250 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Why was my order cancelled?
To ensure smooth deliveries for all customers, we may review certain orders based on past delivery history. In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our delivery eligibility criteria.
