All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at checkout. Every order ships free above ₹999.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges can be requested within 7–10 days of receiving your order, with a ₹250 shipping charge applicable.
For returns, we offer a store credit that can be used on a future purchase, within the same 7–10 day window.
Due to their personalised nature, engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Store pieces in a dry place, avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals or perfumes, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.
