WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Prepaid - Free Shipping
Extra charges for COD is ₹100.

Express delivery - ₹80 for Pre-paid & ₹150 for COD.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

We take 1-2 days to process and dispatch your order and handover to the courier. After that the courier takes around 1-7 working days to deliver your order.

However, Due to festive or holiday season the order quantity is very high and courier companies have longer offs and pickup wait times and hence the order fulfillment times rise up to 3-4 working days. We recommend choosing the EXPRESS delivery option in order to get the items on time.

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-exchanges or returns.

EXCHANGES (MAX 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY FOR SIZES & ITEMS)

Unused and unworn items are eligible for a free exchange provided the jewelry is unused. To initiate an exchange, please ensure that you have the original packaging including the items and the boxes, and then contact our customer care team. We will arrange for the exchange shipment to be picked up by our logistics partner.

Once your exchange parcel undergoes our quality inspection, we will dispatch you the exchange item. The exchange is ₹100 for only one time. Further exchanges will cost you ₹200.
